Llevo años yendo a esta heladería y son los helados que más me gustan de todo Caño Guerrero con diferencia, todos buenísimos y artesanos. Los pasteles tampoco se quedan atrás, todo buenísimo

Los helados están buenos. Pero el café sin lactosa no pedirlo. Te piden 0,50eur más por leche sin lactosa más 1,90 por el café, pero por el café solo no te quitan por su ausencia de leche. Pd, tomarse la pastilla de lactasa sale más barato.

La Heladería Dulce Tentación en Matalascañas ha sido durante cuatro años el lugar preferido de mi hija para disfrutar de sus helados, tanto que durante todo el año ella espera con ilusión la llegada del verano para volver a degustarlos.
Sin embargo, últimamente he notado una caída en la calidad y en el servicio. El personal ahora impone muchas normas que pueden resultar algo rígidas, como no permitir probar los helados o que el agua que sirven para beber no esté fría, por ejemplo. Además, los precios han subido bastante.
Otro detalle que nos ha molestado es que para quienes no somos muy amantes del chocolate, cada vez hay más sabores que llevan chocolate y menos opciones sin él, lo que limita un poco la variedad para algunos paladares.Traducción

Le pongo una estrella por no poder ponerle menos, la dueña es una antipática y no sabe tratar con el público. Sucedieron varias cosas mientras estaba allí que me dejaron con un horrible sabor de boca;
para empezar los empleados, chavales todos jóvenes que tiene contratados son unos siesos y ni una sonrisa ni un buenas noches, ni te responden con amabilidad, solo te miran con mala cara, luego pedí un sabor para probar (en todas las heladerías te dejan probar los helados antes de pedirlo, EN TODAS, vaya gracia pedirte un helado para que luego no sea lo que esperas) y me lo dió la pobre chiquilla con miedo y luego al pedirle otro para poder decidirme y decantarme por uno u otro salta la dueña, esa señora amargada diciendo que no que alli no dan para probar que no puedo probar todos los sabores (a todo esto solo queria probar uno además del anterior para decidirme), y ya no es lo que dijo sino cómo lo dijo con una antipatía y unas formas que te dejan muy mal cuerpo y te coge un mal día y te entran hasta ganas de llorar o gritarle. Tras eso acto seguido vi que a una señora mayor la empleada le había puesto el helado mal (normal con tanto desorden) y a pesar de ser un error de la chica la dueña le dijo que no tirase el helado que se lo diese que no se lo cambiase (una tarrina pequeña ya me dirás tú la pérdida de dinero que es eso) y la pobre chica se quedó con una cara que me dio hasta pena, no sabía ni qué hacer hasta que decidió intentar retirar el helado, que estaba mezclado con otro como podía para ponerle el que la señora había pedido. Aquello me pareció un clima laboral pésimo con una dueña maleducada, arrogante, antipática y lo diré, pero jamás volveré a pisar este sitio.
Por cierto, los helados, pequeños y muy caros para lo pequeños que son en caulquier otra heladeria de por alli te sirven más. Por otro lado el helado de pantera rosa, sabe a fresa no a pantera rosa como si sabe mi favorito de Alacant.
Jamás volveré a este sitio y espero que la dueña cambie o haga algo porque señora, los empleados no son máquinas, son personas, son chavales y los clientes somos quienes les damos de comer asi que empiece por tratarlos bien.Traducción
I'm giving it one star because I couldn't give it any less. The owner is unfriendly and doesn't know how to deal with people. Several things happened while I was there that left me with a terrible taste in my mouth. to start with the employees, all young kids that she has hired are boring and not even a smile or a good night, they don't even respond with kindness, they just look at you with a bad face, then I asked for a flavor to try (in all the ice cream shops they let you try the ice cream before ordering it, IN ALL OF THEM, what a joke to ask for an ice cream and then it's not what you expected) and the poor girl gave it to me with fear and then when I asked for another one so I could decide and opt for one or the other, the owner jumps in, that bitter lady saying no that they don't give them to try that I can't try all the flavors (by the way I only wanted to try one besides the previous one to decide), and now it's not what she said but how she said it with an antipathy and ways that leave you feeling very bad and it catches you on a bad day and you even want to cry or yell at her. After that, I immediately saw that the employee had given an elderly lady the wrong ice cream (normal with so much mess), and despite it being the girl's mistake, the owner told her not to throw away the ice cream, to give it to her, and not to exchange it (a small tub, you tell me what a waste of money that is). The poor girl's face made me feel sorry for her. I didn't even know what to do until she decided to try to remove the ice cream, which was mixed with another one, as best she could, to give it to the lady she had ordered. That seemed like a terrible work environment to me with a rude, arrogant, unfriendly owner, and I'll say it, but I will never set foot in this place again. By the way, the ice creams, small and very expensive for how small they are, are served at any other ice cream shop around here. On the other hand, the Pink Panther ice cream tastes like strawberry, not Pink Panther, like my favorite in Alicante. I will never return to this place and I hope the owner changes or does something because, lady, the employees are not machines, they are people, they are kids and we, the customers, are the ones who feed them, so start by treating them well.
